We pretty much live in the shadow of San Diego’s baseball stadium, and we’ve been enjoying watching the games from our rooftop patio. Today, we finally got to enjoy the game from inside the stadium. My dad gave us great tickets; we were third row just behind first base. The best thing about the seats, though, was that everything we could eat and drink was included. We took full advantage, of course.
This was our first baseball game together since our second date. It felt chic, romantic, and classically American.
I think this was the best hotdog I’ve ever had in my life.
I was this close to the pre-game knucks.
The Padres’ lost miserably, and the stadium was mostly empty, but we enjoyed the VIP experience.
Shrimp cocktail- not a classic ballpark treat.
Not too bad for a Wednesday afternoon!

Looks like a lot of fun! The pictures in black and white are great, too.
Thanks
I really enjoyed playing up the classic Americana theme (mostly in my head, until it hit the blog!)
