A Day at the Golf Course

I’ve always thought that golfing seemed really fun.  You’re outside for hours with friends, drinking, laughing, and looking cute.  When we lived in Atlanta, Jason would play as often as he could with friends.  Now that we’re in San Diego, I’m his new golf buddy and I couldn’t be happier about it.

My Valentine’s Day gift was a set of clubs, and a couple of weeks ago I finally got to take them for a test drive.  It was a typically beautiful San Diego day on the Coronado Golf Course.

The best thing about golfing, though, is that when I go after work, it makes the day melt away.  I forget I’m not on vacation- and Jason’s confessed the same phenomenon. If that doesn’t make you want to hit the course, I don’t know what will!

It’s my new favorite way to spend a day with the love of my life.

  1. cute! I’ve always wanted to try golfing. Not just for how relaxing it seems to be, but just like you said, the cute outfits, ha!

    • You should! And it’s definitely worth taking a lesson or two. Getting the fundamentals right makes an incredible difference! It’s way more fun when you’re hitting the ball well 🙂
