I’m finally back in California and fully unpacked, which means I’m back in the kitchen making a big mess. Dinner’s in the crock pot, and these bad boys are in the freezer.
I struggled a little bit making them, but figured out that the key is to put the cookie dough balls in the freezer for about 20 minutes before dipping them in chocolate. I popped them in the freezer to cool, too.
They didn’t turn out as firm as I’d hoped, but I’m hoping a few hours in the freezer will help that. I also tried putting some on a stick, and those were pretty delish.
