In my personal life, I’m kind of known for my desserts. My cupcakes have an especially good reputation. And it’s true: I do have a passion for baking. But I also really love cooking hearty, healthy meals. So after you’ve tried my cookie dough brownies and verified my kitchen cred, I hope you’ll try replicating one of my healthier meals. Above I’ve picked four (very different) healthy entrees from my archives. They’re all pretty quick and easy, except for the tofu which took a while and involved a lot of chopping.
